1. Who can use Verve

You must be 18 or older. You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Participation, health and risk

Running and related sports (including Volleyball and Kabaddi at some events) carry a real risk of injury, illness and, in rare cases, death. By registering you confirm that:

• you are medically fit to take part and will not run if unwell;
• you understand the risks and take part voluntarily and at your own risk;
• you will follow instructions from Verve team members and marshals;
• you are responsible for your own belongings, hydration, and getting to and from the venue.

To the extent the law allows, you release Verve Run Club and its team from claims for loss or injury arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

3. Registration, payment and refunds

A registration is confirmed when you get your ticket and bib. Paid registrations are processed by Razorpay. Fees, refunds, transfers and cancellations are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Bibs and tickets are personal; do not sell or share them.

4. Photos and video at events

We take photos and video at events and may show them on this website and Verve's social accounts to promote the club. By attending you agree to this. If you do not want to appear, tell a team member on the day, or email us to have a photo removed.

5. Your content

You own what you upload (profile photos, screenshots, comments). You give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Only post things you have the right to share. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone's rights or privacy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Fair use of the site

Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the site, access other people's data, or submit false results or screenshots. Timing and results are recorded by our team and our decision on them is final, subject to correction of genuine errors.

7. Our content

The Verve name, logo, design and original content belong to Verve Run Club. Photos of team members and runners appear with their consent. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email bindaladiti123@gmail.com and we will review and act promptly.

8. Changes to events and to the site

We may change, reschedule or cancel events, and update the site, for safety, weather, venue or other reasons. Consequences for your payment are set out in the Refund Policy.

Verve Run Club has full authority to change minor details of any run at any time, such as timings, route, meeting point, format, activities, prizes, perks or giveaways, with or without prior notice. We will try to update the run page and let registered runners know where we can. Minor changes do not entitle you to a refund.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site or an event is limited to the fee you paid for that event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have.
